Object: Decrease in Containment Budget

This is to inform you that according to the latest decision of the Board, there is a major decrease in Containment division budget in the next quarter. I do not know if the decrease is permanent, however, this means that we have to make some tough decisions. From now on, Containment division personnel are forbidden from containing any anomaly which is costly to contain. If you can read between the lines, you'll surely have known by now that this means that we have to cease containing the most dangerous anomalies out there. Let it be known, I am not happy with the decision, however it has been so ordered. Division leaders will inform you of your obligations to the Authority in this time of austeriy.
